Absolutely! We offer a premium delivery service for all products within 150 miles. Delivery outside this area is available on request. Please make sure there are adequate means, such as many hands or equipment, to assist with unloading heavy items from the van to the curb.
We currently accept credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We offer a 14-day return policy for all our products starting from the date of collection or delivery. Please note that all cancellations or returns will be subject to a 25% return fee. In case the product is delivered, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
We charge a delivery fee for our larger or heavier items because we provide a specialized service. Our products are like works of art, and we believe that traditional couriers can’t guarantee the safety of such valuable items during transit. As a small business, we don’t have access to a large fleet of delivery vehicles, so we deliver all larger or heavier products ourselves.
